Terms of use

It republishes company records from public registers and published exporter lists, with the origin and retrieval date of each dataset shown on the sources page. It is a reference index, not a marketplace: no goods are sold here and we are not a party to any trade you conclude with a listed company.

It means one thing only: at the time of the snapshot, the record matched an entry in the upstream register by registry identifier. It is not a commercial audit, a credit opinion, a factory inspection, or a certification of quality, capacity or compliance. Do your own due diligence before contracting or transferring money.

Records are as accurate as the source at the retrieval date and can go stale. We correct records on request — see corrections and removals. We do not warrant completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose.

• No bulk scraping, resale or redistribution of the compiled dataset.
• No use of published contact details for unsolicited bulk email or messaging.
• No attempt to probe, overload or circumvent authentication and rate limits.
• No impersonation of a listed company when filing corrections or requests.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you send through it, including requests for quotation. We may suspend an account that abuses the service. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss arising from your dealings with any listed company. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
